'Lure of the Sea' by Karima Rebecca Powell Artist

The 'Lure of the Sea' textile art is a beautiful seascape from Rebecca's local beach in Garrettstown, Kinsale.  Rebecca is inspired by the beaches that surround her in West Cork.  She has used hand dyed silk and banana yarn, beads, shells, sea glass and dyed Irish wool locks.  Rebecca dyes her own silks.
